Baby passed his TP! *Yayyiest* GRATS Baby! :))))))

The smirky look on this face when he came out of the room holding his results was priceless :)))

I am happy if he is happy!

Very very glad because I know this means a lot to him :))

At least this trip home isn't a wasted trip :)))

And apparently the previous tester tekanned him really hard according to his tester and instructors. Told him to go email ssdc and complain about the tester. That fellow failed a lot of their students. Hahaha.

Anyway went to catch Made of Honour finally! AWESOOOME show for girlfriends and couples! Very very sweet story line, and of course, if all things fail, there is always McDreamy... *swoon* Very romantic la.. About how the guy finally realize that his female best friend is the person he loves and can't live without and went on to stop her from marrying a scottish royalty with everything in the world, including a "huge package". Hahaha. Love the story...... :))) Kinda reminds me of how Baby and I ended up together, only that he got me easy. Hahaha. But yeah, stories like that make me realise how lucky I am to actually be in a relationship with my best friend. The rapport we share is amazing :))

Visited Jer's mum at CGH also. Glad she is feeling better. Jer told us some creepy stories about that place as well. Scary man. But I guess it can't be helped, it's a hospital afterall. But it really is a very frightening time of my life to see the parents of my peers going for checkups and ops. Better start pushing my parents to go for their jogs :(

Other random things:
Baby loves my favourite soya milk with pearls as well! It's the ultimate yum yum! :)

My craving for pepperlunch has finally been satisfied :)) muaaah muaah Baby!

I love being out with Baby! It's so much fun and love!

We saw a very very cute little dwarf holland bunny yesterday. baby patted it for a while and it seems to have an affinity with him. Pity we couldn't buy it cause:
1. Schtoppi would murder it
2. He's going back to Aussie soon :((((
But it's really cute!!!!!

Accompanied Baby to go with his dad for a checkup at NHC yesterday. That place brings back rather unpleasant memories... the countless trips I had to be there, the scans, the tests, the needles, the waiting.. *shudder*

Went to town afterwards. Caught Indiana Jones before we headed home. Quite a lame show la. Hahaha. The girl at the counter was quite funny. Gave spoilers. Hahahaha. But nonetheless, I had fun just being with Baby :)

Happy Day!!

Went pak tor with Baby today. Or rather, spent the full day out with Baby. So it's kinda like a full date. Usually we are at his place slacking before we go catch a movie at AMK or something. Not that we don't pak tor much. Hahahahhaha.

Went to Bras Besah to look for some craft stuff. And headed over to Raffles City to have lunch at Ding Tai Feng. Been a while since we dined there, ordered our usual dan hao fan, fried shrimp wantons and our xiao long baos. Tried the hot and sour soup today. Okay leh, I don't find it spicy at all. Anyway happy la. Ding Tai Feng is like my comfort food. Hahaha. Headed over to Aerins after that for some drinks. Ordered my Hitch Fizzy again. So yummmmy, and this time, I can have all 3 rambutans to myself. Hahaha. Slacked there for a while and decided to head over to Esplanade Mall to wait for Tween and GF. Meeting them for dinner. Was tired from walking as well as the heat and Baby shoo naughty.. Kept tempting me with chocolate :( Caved in and decided to slack at Max Brenner Chocolate Bar. SINFUL place. Was TRYING VERY HARD not to take any chocolate products because it's too heaty for me. It was torturing to just look through the menus with beautiful pictures of chocolate drinks and treats. Ended up ordering a Dark Chocolate Suckao. Heavenly... Fun to play with too. Basically they give you this thingie like a mini fondue instrument, milk and chocolate chunks, and you are suppose to make your own hot chocolate. Super nice la. *soft sigh* Such a comforting drink..................................................... :)))) Baby sho naughty... hopefully pimples won't pop, else he's gonna laugh at me. But Baby is really sweet la. He tried it before in Aussie and finds it nice, so he wanted me to try, even though he isn't a big fan of choc.

Had spanish food at Via Mar restaurant and wine bar afterwards for dinner. Not bad, quite nice :) We shared two jugs of Sangria too, one white and one red. Yummy! Sangria is basically a spanish cocktail of some sort, which is essentially red/white wine mixed with fruits juice and bits of fruits. Kinda like fruit punch. I very much prefer the white one though, sweeter :) Chatted and slacked for a while before heading home. Stupid us stood at the bus stop for quite a while, and Baby is so naughty, kept chanting "taxi taxi". He's been so lazy, keep taking cabs. Trying very hard to save money for him. I am so nice. Hahahahha. But anyway we ended up taking a cab because the bus we were waiting for was alrady out of service at that time. -_-

Oh well.

Nonetheless I had a great time today! :) I love Baby!!! Always spoiling me with yummy food and trying to feed me fat fat!

Rants!!

This post is mostly about me ranting, so if you can either skip it or perhaps, many of you might feel my pain

Friday started out pretty nicely. Went to Bugis to get my Lancome 2 way powder. Had wanted to try Chanel but the girl was so stuck up and unfriendly. Oh well. Anyway, had lunch and MoF. Yummy sukiyaki and the beef bento. Nice food so yeah, I am happy. But good things don't last for long. Went to Raffles City to walk walk with Baby. Got greedy and decided to finally try out the damn double chocolate donut from that crazy-queue donut shop (the old one). Bought one to share with Baby and into my second of third bite, the chocolate was dripping in a terribly thick straight line down my light beige blouse. LIKE WTHHHH. I swear it's going to be a freakishly long time before I put another double chocolate donut in my mouth!! My blouse was staining very badly and it was just the start of our day so we ended up getting a tee from Levis to change into. Got convinced to get the membership card for 50 bucks since I am fond of getting Levis. Got a set of ugly belts for free. Hahah. Total damage was 80++++ bucks because of a $1.30 donut. %^&*

Went over to Suntec area to walk walk and decided last minute to head over to Fullerton since his dad has some functions going on there and has a room there. Baby's cousin was there slacking so we headed over to join him to rest up for a bit before meeting up with Tween and gf.

Baby ordered us some room service to fill our greedy bellies. Baby and I shared a roast duck pizza with hoisin sauce while Mun ordered some vegetarian thingie. I love my Baby cause he always orders Mango juice if it's on the menu!

Was due to meet Tween and GF at Suntec for dinner at some Korean place so we headed off. Walked there... and on our way there, we met this bunch of crazy prc women who were taking photos and blocking the ENTIRE pathway (the one at the bridge linking Esplanade and the merlion park) laughing and looking at their pictures. There were like 10 or more of them. laughing giggling women. They were freaking inconsiderate. Anyway, I said excuse me as we had to pass through them, so as I was squeezing through them, one of them did not possess the patience to wait for me to pass through them and decided to step on my foot with her stilettos and sink her heels into my delicate flesh. I will NEVER forget the feeling of that pointy heels scraping across my flesh man. So anyway, I tripped and almost fell and was limping for quite a distance. They saw and mumbled sorry and continued to choke up the entire pathway again with their giggling. Limped a little more while Baby helped me to sit on the sides as I started to feel the familiar burning sensation on my foot. Basically it started to bleed la. Basket. pissed. Ended up going to the washroom to clean up my wounds. Dinner was alright. Don't know how to appreciate Korean food. Lol.

You see!!! Sometimes you really can't blame people for disliking them. ZZZ. This was taking that night after cleaning the wound. Very deep scratch. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. Can't believe I got injured by stilettos *curse*

Anyway yeah. Beginning to really dislike them. I don't know what is their problem. THIS IS NOT C**** so spare some thought for others!!!

What a shitty day. :(

Happy Birthday to Me..

Time flies and I am officially another year older. And officially in the "late twenties" bracket.

This year's birthday was especially special, since Baby is with me. This is probably the first time I have actually celebrated my birthday alone with him and it was as perfect as I could ever have wished.

There wasn't any over-the-top celebration, or fancy romantic surprise and I am thankful for just that quiet time together, just holding hands and chatting while we walk, or as we sit on the wooden planks, looking across the sea.

Before I go on, I would like to introduce yet another new member to my growing snuggles kingdom..........

Had a nice late lunch at Bakerinz.

Baby yakking on the phone. The waiter behind on the left looks a bit like Allan Wu sia. Hahaha.

Some pork and prawn ramen that Baby ordered. Very nice!!

My curry chicken with bread. This is very good too!!! I am very surprised they actually serve very tasty asian food!

The chocolate souffle Baby ordered.. He's so sweet. He doesn't take chocolate but ordered this anyway so I could taste it.... This is orgasmic............................. MAN. SUPER YUMMY. Too bad my skin reacts badly and quickly to chocolate. Had to stop myself after a few bites. SO NICE....

Baby's second drink. Looks pretty. But... tastes a little weird according to him. My passion fruit Italian soda and his mango soda with sherbet we had with our food was much nicer.

Banana pizza with cinnamon or dunno what tapas. Not bad when it's hot and crispy.

Strawberry chessecake tapas. Yummmy!

Caught Sex is Zero 2 with Baby after that. Very funny. Hahaha. Quite gross but damn funny. I managed to catch the first part on CR today.. heeee the guy is so sweetttttt!

We were still full from our crazy fattening lunch and so we spent the rest of the evening walking around and sitting on the outdoor patio in Vivo, chatting and enjoying the view, while holding hands. A huge part of me, feeling blessed and happy to have him sitting next to me, and thinking of the promises he made and the commitment sitting prettily on my finger :)

So after 1 year and almost 4 months, we finally got our promise rings. Or rather, Baby got me that for my birthday. Baby was very sweet and bought pretty good ones as he said he only wanted the best for me... *cries* Even though I don't see the need to get such expensive ones as we would have to change to a pair of new ones when we decide to wed. Nonetheless, he still picked us a pair of pretty rings, from a better range with a better comfort fit. "Never mind if it's more expensive, it's nicer and much more comfortable on our fingers"

Finally settled on these 2 rings from the True Love range of wedding bands. Supposely the better range with a rounded inner band for a more comfortable fit and with the diamond better of better quality and clarify. And the most amazing thing is... We picked 2 rings from 2 entirely different pairs and found them to be a perfect match. What are the odds. :) Just like us, different characters but yet we turned out to be a perfect match! :)

Can you tell if they were actually from 2 different pairs of rings? :) His is more expensive!! Even though his has no diamond. Just a plain white gold band. His is almost 900 without discount -_- About 200 more than mine -_- and mine has a diamond, though it's only 0.03 microscopic carat :x

Baby paid almost $1.2k for our pair even after 25% discount. A bit crazy right.. felt so heartpain for him Lol.. I was quite shocked when he told the guy the budget per ring at first. Felt bad making him spend so much on that. But glad that this meant a lot to him as well that he would be willing to shell out so much just for a pair of promise rings... :)

Baby and I also looked at their solitaire rings. But dunno leh, like not very good. The band very flimsy.... baby must save okie... I am waiting for the day you get me a giant ass ring with a diamond as big as my face! Hahaha kidding! And make sure you do what you tell the salesperson and get me a new one every 3 years!!! But only this time.. you begin with a big one! :D Hehehehehehe... I love you... :)

His parents bought me a pretty jade pendant necklace too. His dad said I am always falling down and knocking myself and this is to protect me and ward off the evil spirits. Very thoughtful and sweet of them. Felt bad to have them spend so much :(

This is the first time I've seen jade so modernized and pretty though. Love it :)

Of crabs, beers, chicken wings and celebrations

And now I have 4 massive pimples on my face!! :( Sinful food + late nighters = HORROR :(

Went out with the gaming gang last evening to celebrate the birth of the May babies, namely me and Kaijie. Had yummy crabs at Melben and drinks afterwards at Ice Cold beer. Kinda glad that this bunch of gamers are more than just people who know each other in-game. We pretty celebrate each other's birthdays by going for dinner and drinks, or the occasional makan meet-ups just to catch up and talk cok (mostly about gaming stuff hahaha). The guys and girls are a pretty swell bunch :)

Also caught Ironman with Baby. SUPER COOL MOVIE!!! I want his computer. SUPER COOL. ZOMG!!!! Love it love it love it!!! Imagine the awesome games I can play with it!!!!!!!! ZOMG!

And I am feeling a little excited because....

Baby is out buying me a present....

And he says it is going to be something *S*H*I*N*Y*
