Been a while since I blogged. Was busy trying to settle into the new home environment (read: lazy).
Grew new lumps, went for a biopsy (or rather, 2) and results came back benign (phew). Gonna be a very busy 4 months ahead so decided to postpone the considerations of any surgery until my next review. Barely have any slot in my calendar to fit in a 2 week HL :( Came as a last minute thing in my surgeon's office because this was totally different from my mum and smelly's intent (they wanted me to remove them immediately).
Happier news, my new house is slowly starting to take form. External facade coming together nicely and it looks like the first batch will get their letter from the HDB in the coming months. I am guessing ours belong to the second batch so we will probably get ours in Q4. Nonetheless we (I) are very excited to finally have our own little heaven and hopefully we can transform it into a home quickly and fill it with all the things we love! For once, I am looking forward to the chores that come with it!
We have also met an ID (Huiling's ID) and started on some space and design planning. Will probably meet him again in the next couple of weeks when rough design is ready.
Home front, people have been asking me how is married life. Still the same actually. But it's nice to be able to see smelly everyday after work. So I guess married life is good so far? :)
Work wise, still the same. Still don't get the HQ mentality. Starting to wonder where is the efficiency. Starting to feel like a workhorse. Sigh. People are just waiting for you to volunteer to do the work first. Awful.
